Arjun engaged. Everyone including
Sneha are shocked to hear this.
Revathy
, Sakthivel,
Andal

Azhagar
pose a serious objection to Tamizh's marriage with Arjun.
Sakthivel threatens Arjun to back off. Malar challenges them to try attacking Arjun.
Malar warns Sneha to stay away from Arjun. Azhagar and Revathy ask Sneha to forget Arjun.
Revathy asks Sakthivel to halt the wedding preparations.
Arjun is very stressed about the sudden and unfortunate turn of events.
Sneha is upset and annoyed with Arjun getting engaged to Tamizh. Sneha has a breakdown. When Sneha wants to question Arjun about his decision, she sees him sharing an intimate moment with Tamizh. Distressed with the sight, she decides to commit suicide.
Revathy, Andal and Azhagar are worried as Sneha is not found in the house. Malar is glad that Sneha is missing. Malar’s brother predicts that Sneha might have committed suicide already.
