Nandini written update, September 22, 2018: Janaki's spirit decides to leave the palace

’s place. He decides to wait until Ganga returns to the palace.

Annapoorani

asks the whereabouts of Ganga to Arun. She asks Arun to check on Ganga. Arun says, according to his predictions Ganga should be in Seiya Nayagi’s place. Then Arun explains all the truths about the relationship between Ganga, Seiya Nayagi and Nandini. Annapoorani advises Arun to bring Ganga back. But Arun disobeys Annapoorani’s advice and asks her not to interfere.

Devasena

and Brindha (disguising as Malathi) plays hide and seek. When Devasena hides in Brindha’s room, she overhears the discussion between

Sathyanarayanan

(husband) and Mallika (wife - disguising as Selvarani). They both discuss their plans to loot the properties in the palace and the difficulties while acting.


Devasena rushes to Arun to reveal the secrets. While Sathyanarayanan and Mallika chase Devasena, she gets a serious head injury. Devasena suffers from serious medical issues and arrangements for surgeries are done.


Janaki (spirit) approaches Leviel father to help Devasena. Janaki prays and promises in the church that, if Devasena gets cured, she is ready to move away from the palace and go to the heaven.


Leviel father and Janaki perform special prayer in the church. With the help of divine intervention, all the medical issues of Devasena get cured. Doctors share that she can be discharged from the hospital on the following day.


Sathyanarayanan and Mallika feel that, if Devasena wakes up, she might reveal the secrets about them. Hence, they plan to send Arun off from the hospital. Later, Sathyanarayanan, Mallika and their daughter Brindha stay in the hospital.


Janaki visits the hospital and when Devasena is in semi-conscious state, she decides to bid goodbye.


In between, Sathyanarayanan and Mallika try to kill Devasena in the hospital. Brindha rushes to Devasena’s room. Seeing the misdeed of her parents, she decides to risk her life and save Devasena.


Later, Brindha reveals her true identity that she is not Malathi and her real name is Brindha. Devasena says, whether she is Brindha or Malathi, there is no difference in the real name. Devasena says Brindha has risked her life to save her. To honor Brindha’s sacrifice, she will not reveal the secrets of Brindha’s parents to her dad Arun.


Janaki appears before Arun and says that she is going away from the palace forever. Janaki informs him about the promise made by her.
