Madhavi takes
Rajashekar’s ashes from Ganga’s room and
Ganga
takes the
Naga Sasthra
book from Madhavi’s room.
As per the instructions of Madhavi’s brother, Madhavi takes Rajashekar’s ashes and does a ritual with it at the seashore. Her efforts bear fruit and Nandini feels some unusual disturbances. Later, Rajashekar’s ashes are dissolved in the sea.
As a result of the ritual, Machamardhini appears and wishes to grant a boon. Madhavi asks to fulfill her wish to kill Nandini. Machamardhini replies that only Nandini's blood relatives can kill Nandini. Machamardhini disappears before Madhavi could talk anymore.
Ganga starts reading the Naga Sasthra book, which she took from Madhavi’s room. As she reads the book, there is flow of powerful storm. Even when
Arun enters the room, she is busily immersed in reading that book. In the fear of losing Ganga, Arun asks Ganga to drop the thought of taking revenge on Nandini. She is not ready to take Arun’s words,Arun snatches the Naga Sasthra book from Ganga and throws it away. Arun feels Rajashekar’s ashes are reason behind Ganga's adamant behaviour. Arun accidentally slips Rajashekar’s ashes in a puddle of rainwater near the palace. Madhavi comforts him by disclosing that they are actually not Rajashekar’s ashes.
Due to resemblances in looks, Madhavi suspects Ganga to be Nandini’s blood sister. Arun prevents Madhavi from approaching Ganga and furthers asks her to stay away from Ganga.
Later, Madhavi visits Nandini’s place and says that she wants to live in peace with Nandini. Madhavi tries to trick Nandini by taking her along.
