Popular daily soap Mangalya Dhosham, which premiered on March 23, completed 100 episodes today (October 8). The channel airing the show has confirmed the same on their official media handles.
On the occasion, the makers of the show have made an important change. The show, which was earlier titled as ‘Mangalya Dhosham’ was renamed as ‘Mangalya Sandhosham’.
In the recent episodes, the characters Tarun (Arun Padmanabhan) and Nithya (Lakshmipriya) get married and this is touted to be one of the reasons behind the change in the title.
The team of the show is elated over the accomplishment.
The lead actor of the show Arun Padmanabhan has thanked fans for the love and support.

In the video, Arun can be seen conveying his gratitude for the support. He also announces the change in the title of the serial.
