every episode, has
Gautham Menon addressing a topic that’s on everyone’s mind – how to balance a myriad of emotions during the pandemic.
A source says, “Gautham Menon engages in a meaningful conversation on viewing every crisis as an opportunity to stay positive and training the mind to overcome fear. They also talk about controlling suicidal thoughts, which are on the rise, and discuss introducing meditation at a school level as part of physical education to help students find the middle ground between aggression and depression. Societal stigma around COVID-19 was also part of their conversation. Towards the end of the session, the filmmaker also sang a number from one of his upcoming films, composed by
Harris Jayaraj.”
