Exclusive: Simha, Pandiarajan and GV Prakash come together for Uyire

has lined up a string of cameos this week. For their Deepavali special episode, the makers have roped in actors Simha and Pandiarajan to make special appearances. And that is not all. The team has also got music director GV Prakash Kumar to compose a song for the episode. It will be a peppy song titled Sonare So So Sonare, sung by Daisy.

, says, “We wanted to do a special episode for Deepavali. Pandiarajan sir is close to me and I wanted him to do a guest appearance. We also managed to get Simha for a small role. We will telecast the Thala Deepavali episode with

Sezhiyan

and

Pavithra

, in which Simha and Pandiarajan will appear as themselves, celebrating the festival with their family. We shot with the actors for two days. Simha and Pandiarajan sir were a delight to work with. Their energy was infectious and the entire cast was thrilled to work with them. Ramki, too, will make a special appearance.”

As for the song, Nirosha says that it will be a foot-tapper. “To make the episode even more special, we got GV Prakash Kumar on board. Keeping the theme in mind, he gave us a nice dance number. The entire cast of Uyire will be dancing to the song, which was choreographed by Kannan SS,” says Nirosha.
