On the professional front, Delna made her debut with the Tamil movie Vidiyum Varai Pesu in the year 2014. She became known after her role as Viji in the movie Kurangu Bommai. She made her television debut in serials with Anbe Vaa in 2020. In the same year, she also appeared in the daily soap Roja along with Priyanka Nalkari.
Anbe Vaa premiered in November 2020. The show featured Delna Davis and Viraat in the lead roles. The story of Anbe Vaa revolves around Varun, a rich industrialist's overindulged son, who enjoys his happy-go-lucky lifestyle, and a girl who is completely different by nature.
