Bigg Boss Ultimate Grand Launch Highlights: "I declare the game is open", Kamal concludes premiere episode

The much-awaited Bigg Boss Tamil season 5 is finally launched with a grand premiere. After a successful fifth season of the television version, Kamal Haasan had returned to the show as the host. The first season of the controversial reality show, which will be streamed LIVE 24x7, will welcome 14 contestants, a good mix of popular contestants selected from the previous seasons. The show is not only bringing back some familiar names from the earlier versions of Bigg Boss, but also the contestants who aspire for a second chance. So far, the makers of the show have revealed the names of seven contestants who will be entering the house today (January 30). The contestants that have been confirmed by the show makers are Maria Juliana, Snehan, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Suresh Chakravarthy, Balaji, Anitha Sampath, and Abhirami Venkatachalam. Moreover, the sources also informed us that four contestants are expected to participate in each season. Reports suggest, the team worked hard to make the format interesting. 14 contestants will be inside the BB house for 45 days. It has also been rumored that Oviya, the most anticipated contestant, won't be seen entering the house today due to some health issues.
