Bigg Boss Tamil – 5^th August 2017, Episode 42 Update: On Day 41, Oviya leaves the house

On Day 41, Oviya says that she badly wants to get out of the house. She makes frequent visits to the confession room sharing her feelings and seems confused all night about staying back or leaving the house. Late in the night, she tells housemates that love makes people do crazy things. She even wakes up the housemates in the middle of the night.
She later tries to catch some sleep. Aarav tells Oviya what his plans were once he got out of the house. Snehan also checks on her and says that she should focus on her health first. He also adds that if Aarav was not interested in her, she shouldn’t go behind him and lose her self-esteem. During the day, Sakthi tells Oviya that she could call him anytime once out of the house and that he would be there for her. Soon, Bigg Boss announces that Oviya has to leave the house due to health issues and that the housemates should help her pack. However, Oviya refuses any help and leaves the house with a simple ‘Bye’. She also asks others to avoid emotional dramas. Housemates are upset that she didn’t even turn back and say goodbye.
In the meantime, Raiza feels guilty about the way she treated Oviya. She tells Snehan that the housemates had probably painted a bad image of Bharani and Oviya. She regrets arguing with Oviya. Snehan and Gayathri console her. Outside the house, Kamal Haasan welcomes Oviya and the latter is received with a huge applause. When Kamal Haasan asks her to share her feelings about the housemates, she says ‘I love you, Aarav.” Though she said she was thankful for the public’s opinion on Aarav, she said the decision was hers. She leaves the show with a thunderous applause.
Kamal Haasan q uestions Bindu Madhavi, Ganesh and Raiza about the way Oviya was treated in the house. Kamal takes a dig at Ganesh, who is always trying to play safe in the house and is way too diplomatic. Raiza, on the other hand, agrees that the housemates had indeed cornered Oviya. She says that Sakthi and Gayathri have been influencing the other members of the house.
