Bigg Boss Tamil 5 grand launch Highlights: Kamal Haasan welcomes 18 contestants to the show
Reality show Bigg Boss Tamil 5 witnessed a grand launch today (October 3). Host Kamal Haasan started the new season on a high note. The host gave the audience a virtual tour of the lavish Bigg Boss house. Later, he welcomed 18 participants to the show. This season has an interesting mix of contestants including media personalities, actors, singers, folk artists, and anchors. For the first time, a transgender contestant has participated in Bigg Boss Tamil. Transgender contestant Namitha Maritmuthu made her entry into the show. The contestants spiced up the entertainment quotient with their spectacular performances. Kamal requested Akshara Reddy and Suruthi Periyaswamy to perform a ramp walk. The host engaged in an interesting conversation with the participants. During the launch, the show welcomed LIVE audiences this season including the few family members of the contestants. Host Kamal was happy to address the LIVE audience too. Finally, Bigg Boss welcomed all the contestants of this season to the house and wished them good luck.
