Bigg Boss Tamil 4: Rekha Harris becomes the first contestant to get evicted from Kamal Haasan’s show

It's the second weekend now and time for the first eviction.

becomes the first contestant to get evicted from Kamal Haasan’s reality show. As Kamal Haasan showed the card with her name, Rekha thanked him.

While Kamal Haasan was having the last minute conversation about eviction, Rekha said that she is ready to accept any kind of decision taken by the viewers. Rekha expressed her happiness and contentment of being fortunate enough to be with legends like Kamal and various other big stars.

Before leaving the house, Kamal asked Rekha to give a plant to the housemate of her choice and she gave it to Rio Raj. Later, Rekha was asked by Bigg Boss to hand over the coin given to her favorite housemate. Rekha presented it to Shivani Narayanan.

, Sanam Shetty and few others broke down over Rekha leaving the house. Rekha expressed her wish to work together with few people like Jithan Ramesh and others. Rekha and many housemates became emotional during the moments of parting with each other.


Earlier, seven contestants were up for nomination held on the first day of the second week (October 12) based on the performances in the Kadandhu Vandha Padhai task held during the first week. Finally, all the seven contestants namely, Rekha Harris, Shivani Narayanan, Ramya Pandian, Aajeedh Khalique,

Samyuktha Karthik

, Sanam Shetty and Gabriella Charlton were nominated for the eviction process this weekend.


Based on the voting by the public and other factors, three contestants, Shivani Narayanan, Ramya Pandian and Aajeedh Khalique got saved on the Saturday episode. Hence, Rekha Harris, Samyuktha Karthik, Sanam Shetty and Gabriella Charlton were in the danger zone over the Sunday episode.

Samyuktha Karthik and Gabriella Charlton were saved from the danger zone on Sunday's episode. It was left between Sanam and Rekha as the last contestants. Finally, Rekha was announced as the first contestant to get evicted this season.
