In the latest episode of
Bigg Boss Tamil 4
, Bigg Boss gave a shocking announcement to the housemates. Bigg Boss said that the housemates failed to complete the Patti Sollai Thattadhey (luxury budget task) properly. They were obliged to make the grandmother Archana Chandhoke happy to get shares in the property. But the task was twisted and had to be ended abruptly without taking it to its logical conclusion. Hence, housemates will have to suffer a punishment of zero points from the luxury budget task. All the housemates were shell shocked on hearing the announcement.
Balaji said that he didn’t take the documents of properties firstly. Bigg Boss informed that he indulged in acts out of his role. Bigg Boss instructed him to understand the task properly and play accordingly.
Later, Bigg Boss asked Ramya Pandian, Som Shekar and Gabriella Charlton to reveal the details that they were the thieves according to the secret task. Rio Raj and others appreciated Som Shekar and others for completing the task perfectly. Rio kicked Som for making mistakes in safeguarding the documents properly. In between, a video of Som and his accomplices stealing the documents was shown to the housemates.
Archana Chandhoke explained the importance of luxury budget points to fulfill the needs of the house and apologised to Bigg Boss. She asked him to reconsider his decision. As the captain of the house,
Aari Arjuna
also apologised for the mistakes of housemates. Finally, Balaji apologises to Bigg Boss.
Suchitra complained on camera that even the basics are getting reduced week by week. Rio and the gang enjoy a huge chunk of the rations given to the housemates. Hence, she requested not to cut the luxury budget points.
Balaji seemed to be enjoying the sufferings of housemates on missing the luxury budget points. He said to Suchitra and Shivani Narayanan that 80% of the housemates are against them. So, there seems to be nothing wrong with them suffering for his mistakes.

The former contestants gave some fun tasks to the housemates. Later, they shared their messages with their housemates. Finally, the winners of the tasks were given special prizes. Guests and the housemates had a gala time.
