In the latest episode of Baakiyalakshmi, Gopi faces a difficult situation as Iniya confronts him about not being able to go on the trip. Gopi tries to calm her down by suggesting they call the post office to see if there's any way to salvage the trip. However, Iniya is upset and accuses Gopi of not caring for her. Gopi then suggests asking Cheliyan to go in his place, but when he approaches Radhika about it, she doesn't react.

Meanwhile, Cheliyan is shown having drinks with Malini and declines Gopi's request to collect Iniya. The latter gets furious when Gopi informs her about Cheliyan's refusal. During dinner, Iniya shares what Gopi said with Ishwari, who becomes angry and scolds Gopi for disappointing Iniya.
Just then, Egil arrives and announces that he has a new project and will be shooting for the next two days. Iniya asks if he can take her on the trip, and Egil agrees to check if the shooting can be postponed. However, Iniya remains stubborn and insists that it's not possible.
Later, Bakiya comes up with a plan to send Iniya on the trip for her college project and decides to talk to Cheliyan about it. But Cheliyan insists that Iniya should cancel the trip due to his important work, leaving Bakiya confused.
Egil teases his elder brother Cheliyan
Cheliyan is lost in thought when Egil comes and teases him, suggesting that he should call Malini. Just as Cheliyan is about to call her, Malini calls him. She suggests they order food and eat together, but Cheliyan gets confused.
Before leaving, Cheliyan tries to call Jeni, but her line is busy. Jeni calls Amrita and talks to Bakiya and Ishwari. When Jeni decides to talk to Cheliyan and calls him, her mother interrupts the call and takes her away.
Seeing that Jeni is not answering his calls, Cheliyan decides to go and see Malini, assuming that Jeni doesn't care about him.

Previously, Radhika and Gopi discuss how well the baby shower went. Radhika's mother informs them that their daughter Mayu has grown up, bringing joy to Radhika and Gopi. Radhika and her mother discuss doing the puncture the next day, and her mother cancels her trip to Malaysia.
Radhika tells Gopi that he shouldn't go anywhere the next day. When Gopi tells Radhika that he is going to Kerala, she (Radhika) gets angry and suggests going on the trip instead since they can't do the puncture without him. Gopi is confused about how to respond to Iniya's invitation. And with that, another heartwarming episode of Baakiyalakshmi concludes.
