The film chronicles the life of a young boy and revolves around the bond he shares with an elephant. The film presents an endearing journey of friendship and devotion along with friends and family members. Directed by Rajini, the film features Adithya, Pugazh, Livingston, and Manobala as the supporting cast.

The story plot is set in a forest. Krishna (Adithya) and the elephant, Radha, are born in the same house and grow up almost as siblings. After many joyful years together, the forest department takes the elephant away, and Krishna begins to miss his brother and friend. He then sets out on a lone journey into the forest in search of Radha. Do Radha and Krishna ever meet again for the rest of the plot?

Director Rajini said, "With Radha Krishna, I wanted to provide a contemporary twist to our kids' favourite inspirations, like Mowgli. It was a wonderful and challenging experience altogether, where training an elephant to cater to a child was tough but exciting. Radha Krishna’s world television premiere on a popular Tamil channel and its wide audience appeal make it all the more special to me. The intention behind curating the movie was to provide viewers, especially children, with a fun movie to watch."

Here's what Adithya has to say. "It was an exciting experience, especially to perform alongside an elephant. It was challenging to understand the nuances of acting with an animal. But I feel like an elephant, and we share a unique connection now. I am definitive that the world television premiere of Radha Krishna will make an interesting watch for families this weekend," he said.
