Renowned author and philanthropist Sudha Murthy to grace Kon Honar Crorepati's Karmaveer special episode

Bollywood actress Kajol Devgn recently came on the show Kon Honaar Crorepati with her mother and actress Tanuja and they made quite a few surprising yet shocking revelations on the show about several things. Interestingly, Kajol and her mother Tanuja had their entire conversation in Marathi with the host Sachin Khedekar. Kajol revealed on the show why Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan shouted at her on the set of their blockbuster film Baazigar, how she shockingly got to know that she has eye number, and her love for Marathi. Kajol revealed on the show that Shah Rukh Khan was so angry at her when they were shooting for Baazigar. Kajol said "Everybody knows that I love talking and I can talk to anybody for hours and Shah Rukh didn't like it. He was focusing on his character and prepping for the dialogues and my talk was never ending. I was also telling someone that the hero of the film (SRK) doesn't talk and only works. Kaun hai ye kuch bolta he nahi hai Bhai. and I was talking in my regular high decibel voice and he got angry, he came to me and shouted at me. He asked me to stay silent. Later, I didn't and he got up again and yelled angrily and said, "Can you please shut up??" It was our first meet. (She laughs)

Kajol revealed that she never wanted to work in the film industry. Kajol said, "Mala kadhich Bollywood kiva Hindi film industry madhe yaycha navta (I never wanted to become a part of the Bollywood or Hindi Film industry). I did not want to enter the industry as an actress. I always wanted to do a job. Mujhe bass wahi 9 to 5 karna tha. A job where I could get a pay cheque in my account every month. But later some new things happened and I got into films.

On the show, KHC, veteran actress Tanuja revealed that she and Kajol never appeared on any Marathi show and they were desperately waiting for KHC. Kajol said, "I am half Marathi and half Bengali. My mother Tanuja is well versed in the language but I am not. Though I speak Marathi regularly because I stay in Mumbai. Replying to her Tanuja said, "I am proud to be a Marathi and have taught the same to Kajol and Tanisha. My mother Shobhana Samarth was an actress, and my sister Nutan Samarth was an actress too, so acting and the culture are in my blood and it has transformed in Kajol as well"

Kajol spoke about an unknown fact about SRK's working style and said that Shah Rukh Khan loves to work on the first day of every year. Kajol revealed, "Shah Rukh believes in working on Jan 1 of every year. SRK believes that if he works on the first day of every year, he will work the entire year. He loves his work that much." Kajol said on the show that she went with her sister to check her eye number but was shocked when she learnt that she has a higher number than her. Kajol said, "I went with my sister once to get her eye check up. She checked hers and I decided to get mine checked as well. Her number was just point five and I was shocked to know when he gave me my number. It was 3.5. I was shocked. The funny part is that I was very young and I would feel that the world is out focused originally and it is not my eye's fault" (She laughs) (PC - Instagram)
