Popular actress Renuka Shahane has made her comeback on Marathi television after a long hiatus with the new show 'Band Baja Varat'. Audiences and fans of Renuka Shahane, who have showered much love on the actress, will get to see her in this new show soon. Renuka Shahane will play an important role in this show which will only be aired on Friday and Saturday from March 18 at a prime time slot. Talking about the concept of the show 'Band Baja Varat', Renuka said, "The program is very different. Future brides and grooms and their families will be participating in the show and we will be playing some fun games with them as well as will get to know some of the funniest journeys of their lives through this event. The audience has never seen such a show before, so there is a lot of curiosity among the audience as well. Because the wedding ceremony is a very important day for the bride and groom, it is a special show to make their day special."

Renuka is making her comeback after a long time on Marathi TV, talking about it, she said, "Hum Aapke Hai Kaun' this movie has made me a hero or I can say that I have received a lot of love from the audience for all the work I have done so far. The audience feels that I am a member of their family. My role in this show is going to be somewhat the same. My role will be explained to the audience along with the show."

The promos of the show have already grabbed eyeballs. Talking about it, she said, "Since the promo of the show is out, the response from the audience has been very good. After many years, when they see me on Marathi television, they feel very good. Also, the audience is very curious about the ingenuity of the program from the promos. The show has seemed a bit around the weddings, however, and my role in it is still under wraps"

"Our wedding was not a typical one. We got married in the temple, so a lot of people were present at that wedding to bless us, but we did not accept the presents. My elder brother-in-law wrote a letter to welcome me to the family. So I would say that the letter is very important to me and I have kept that as a special gift," says the actress.

Pushkaraj Chirputkar will be seen as a host of the show and working with him Renuka said, "This program will be hosted by Pushkaraj. Together we are going to create a playful atmosphere in the show and also our timing and give and take will make the audience enjoy watching the show. This is the first time I am working with Pushkaraj. We had a lot of fun shooting the promo so I'm just looking forward to the next trip to the show."
