’, one of the most popular Marathi historical daily soaps, is scheduled to go off-air today (February 29) leaving fans curious about the upcoming show set to replace it.
The channel recently released a teaser of the new series Maza Hoshil Na in which actress Gautami Deshpande can be seen talking to her boyfriend (Virajas Kulkarni) but his family engages him in a telephonic conversation. The makers have not revealed further details about the show which looks quite promising.

Vidyadhar Joshi can also be seen in the teaser. Nonetheless, the comment box is loaded with comments adoring her performance while many others encouraged her to keep up the good work.
On the work front, Gautami Deshpande was last seen in the TV series Saare Tujhyachsathi where she played the character of Shruthi, a dashing girl who is a boxing enthusiast. She was paired opposite to well-known actor Harshad Atkari who played the character of Kartik.
Virajas is a writer and director. He has also worked in the film ‘Hostel Days’. He even assisted his mom Mrinal in her directorial debut 'Rama Madhav'. Prior to 'Rama Madhav', Virajas had directed and acted in his first play 'Anathema'.
‘Maza Hoshil Na’ will premiere on March 2.
