, his legends and how he helped devotees. The channel recently launched a teaser in which the motion poster of
Swami Samartha Maharaj
leaves fans wanting for more.
The star cast of the show has not yet been revealed and suspense over the actor playing the lead character still prevails.
For the unversed, Swami Samarth aka Swami of Akkalkot is an Indian spiritual guru belonging of the
Dattatreya sect, who was popular in a few Indian states including
Maharashtra,
Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He lived during the nineteenth century. Swami Samarth is believed to have traveled all across the Indian subcontinent and eventually set his abode at Akkalkot, a village in present-day Maharashtra.
Previously, various channels have launched many TV shows on Swami Samartha’s life which include ‘Krupasindhu’, ‘Swami Samartha ka Chamatkar’.
