Renowned veteran actor Ashok Saraf will soon participate in the game of knowledge and entertainment, 'Kon Honar Crorepati'. The new season of 'Kon Honar Crorepati' started a couple of weeks ago.
In the first week's Karmaveer episode, senior actresses Tanuja and Kajol graced as special guests. In the second week, senior writer and social worker Padma Shri Sudha Murthy was present. Now, in the upcoming episode of 'Kon Honar Crorepati', Ashok Saraf, who is known as 'Ashok Mama' by the Marathi entertainment industry, will be present in the Karmaveer special.
It will definitely be a pleasure for the audience to see Ashok Saraf on the stage. Along with Ashok Saraf, his younger brother Subhash Saraf and wife Nivedita Saraf's niece Dr. Minal Paranjape will also be seen in the special episode. Ashok Saraf is going to play the game for charity and supports HIV+ve children near Pandharpur.
Ashok Mama has played serious as well as comedic roles and he is known for his exceptional performances. He has portrayed a variety of roles in his career spanning over five decades. Recently, Ashok Saraf completed 50 years in the industry and in the special Karmaveer episode, he will reminisce his memories from the Marathi film world.
Ashok Saraf will also open up about his bank job before entering the industry and how he would show fake medical reports in the bank to go for his theater practice. He will be also sharing his childhood memories of working in a play with famous cricketer Sunil Gavaskar and playing cricket with him.
The Karmaveer episode will air on June 25.
