Bigg Boss Marathi 2 fame Rupali Bhosle is quite active on social media. The actress got trolled for her Bigg Boss appearance and was reportedly receiving abusive comments on her social media handles even after the show concluded. Later, Rupali filed a complaint against a few netizens for posting abusive and offensive comments. Speaking to ETimes-TV about the same, she said, "We are learning about all these suicide cases which are happening today with actors, cyberbullying is one of the reasons. Sometimes it becomes unbearable. At one point you can’t handle the depression or stress. Mental health has become too important nowadays." (PC - Instagram)

Actress Ketaki Chitale rose to fame with the TV show Tuza Maza Breakup has also become a victim of cyberbullying. The actress is battling epilepsy courageously from her childhood and spreading awareness on the neurological disorder through social media as well. The actress often posts pictures of her seizures and netizens troll her for posting such pictures. Ketaki gives them befitting replies on social media and urges fans to do the same. (PC - Instagram)

During the COVID-19 crisis, the actress received negative comments on her social media. Bigg Boss Marathi 2 fame Neha Shitole also urged her fans to restrain for spreading negativity. She said, "If our close once are feeling bad or we have so much of time that doesn’t mean you will destroy the mentality of someone else and that is not right. I will bear it until and unless it is bearable otherwise will take legal action against it. Cybercrime has now become strict for all punishments. Abhidnya recently admitted to being bullied online and vowed to fight to cyberbullying. Tula Pahate Re actress also warned fans saying they should stop posting abusive comments on her posts. She said, "Cyber crime is something that is on a boom these days because of the more time we all are spending on social media. I too have been bullied on social media platform for various reasons. But henceforth i will report legally every comment that is false, misleading, judgemental, or abusive to me ( that includes messages in the spam)" (PC - Instagran)

A few months ago, Priya Bapat was trolled for wearing a low-neck gown which did not go well with some of her followers. The actress hit back at trolls and urged fans to stop judging anyone. She said, " Guys, I know we all have opinions about everything, and social media gives us the platform to express. But don’t judge people, that’s all I would say.
