opened up about it revealing why she chose to stay away from social media especially on her birthday.


In a lengthy note sharing how she celebrated her birthday, Sakhee wrote, "Firstly, a massive thank you to each one of you that sent birthday wishes! I am truly grateful. Sorry, I didn’t share any of those here. It just didn’t feel right to spend the day on my phone and being vain. I thoroughly enjoyed the 24 hours! Starting at midnight, binging on the most delicious birthday cake Suvrat made for me, with my dearest flatmates turned best buds. Woke up the next day to a big bouquet of sunflowers from my Amma at my door! Ate cake for breakfast (hehe), went to the Thames, shared coffees as we chattered nonstop. And ended the day in our PJ’s, with two movies, pizza, and cake! This year has been strange, with August 3 days away (yes, let that sink in! Haha!). It feels as though we’re all at a red signal. Doesn’t matter how many people you overtook, or how far behind you were. We’re all at the same place now. And, the only way forward is arms in arms.
