Hemangi wrote, "We had realized long ago that it is impossible for people like us to get a house in a place like Mumbai. So after trying Mhada for 8 years in a row, once in 2016 I got a lottery and we got a house in Borivali. Until then, we lived on rent sometimes in Dadar and sometimes in Dahisar. But November 2019 dawned when we actually got the house. After completing all the technical formalities of Possession and decorating as we wanted, we 'entered' home in February! At the time we were both hugely involved in our work and then in March we left for the village because of

Corona

. After living in Satara for 4 months, we returned to our new home in June. But then the work started again from June and we went for shooting in different cities. As a result, we have not been able to stay in our new home for a long time, nor have we been able to celebrate any festivals properly. But then this time, no matter what happened, no matter how busy I was, I decided to take a 'Diwali' holiday and celebrate it in my first, new house. So, this year we are celebrating Diwali, our Padwa in this new house! May you be blessed! Happy Padva! Happy Diwali!"

Hemangi was last seen in the TV show

Mrs Mukhyamantri

which went off-air a few days back.
