From Mazhya Navryachi Bayko to Mrs Mukhyamantri, a look at Marathi TV shows which resumed shootings post-lockdown

After 3 months of lockdown due to COVID-19 outbreak, makers of popular Marathi TV shows Mazhya Navryachi Bayko, Aai Kuthe Kay Karte, Tuzhyat Jeev Rangla, Molkarin Bai, Swarajya Janani Jijamata, Mrs. Mukhyamantri, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Maza Hoshil Na have resumed their shoots from last week and telly audience is waiting for the fresh episodes. The makers of the Anita Date-Kelkar, Adwait Dadarkar and Abhijeet Khandkekar starrer performed a pooja before resuming the shoot. Aai Kuthe Kay Karte has resumed shooting from yesterday (June 28). A few days ago, the shoot location was sanitized completely and now the star cast is all set to shoot again. The lead actress of the show Madhurani Gokhale Prabhulkar shot for his first scene post lockdown and also posed for a picture from the sets of the show. (PC - Instagram)

On the occasion of Shahu Maharaj's birth anniversary, Tuzhyat Jeev Rangla’s shoot was resumed shooting. Hardeek Joshi aka Rana Da performed pooja and got started with the shooting of the show. Along with him, Amol Naik aka Barkat was also present at the event and was eager to shoot after three months of lockdown. (PC - Instagram)

Molkarin Bai’s shoot also resumed recently. Talking about the same, Supriya Pathare, who plays Ambika in the show, said, "I missed the set, the make-up room, and my co-stars so much. Now that the shoot has started, I am happy. We are shooting and taking care of ourselves and each other. I am looking forward to meeting the audience again." (PC - Instagram)

Mrs. Mukhyamantri fame Amruta Dhongade shared pictures of her from the first of day of shoot post lockdown. She completed her quarantie period of 14 days and joined everyone on the set. Meanwhile, the makers have started shooting the rest of the portions involving other actors. (PC - Instagram)

Gautami Deshpande and Virajas Kulkarni have started shooting for the show after completing their 14 days of quarantine last week.
