Marathi actor and Khulta Kali Khulena fame Mayuri Deshmukh's husband Aashutosh Bhakre died by suicide on Wednesday (July 29) at his home in Nanded, (Maharashtra). The incident came to light in the afternoon when Bhakre (32) was found hanging by his parents at his flat in the Ganesh Nagar area of the town. Aashutosh was an actor but very few people know that he was a director of an IT company before his debut in industry with a hit Marathi film. Childhood in Nanded

Aashutosh was born and brought up in Nanded in a middle-class family. The actor spent his entire childhood at Nanded. Also, Aashutosh completed his school education from a school in Nanded. (PC - Instagram)

​Bachelors from a college in Pune

Aashutosh moved to Pune from Nanded after completing his schooling education. The actor took admission in a reputed institute in Pune and completed his bachelor's in computer science. (PC - Instagram)

​The hard-working IT professional

After completing his education, he came to Mumbai in search of a job. Aashutosh worked as a software developer in a well known IT firm for almost 3 years. Due to his hard work and dedication, he became the director in the same company. Also, he was about to launch software by using his unique techniques that will help doctors to go paperless. ​Love for acting

But it was his love for acting that made Aashutosh quit his handsomely paid job. After a few years of struggle, he got good projects and came into the limelight. Aashutosh Bhakre did hit films like 'Bhakar' in 2014 and 'Ecchar Tharla Pakka' in 2012. (PC - Instagram)

​First meeting and marriage to Mayuri

Mayuri and Aashutosh's marriage was an arranged one. Mayuri and Aashutosh first met at a family get together. Later Mayuri's parents had asked her about Aashutosh and told her to meet him one more time. The actress was not interested in the wedding at that time but for her parents, she decided to meet him once again. After spending quality time with each other, Aashutosh proposed Mayuri for marriage and without any hesitation, Mayuri said Yes. ​Strong support of Mayuri​

Mayuri came into the limelight after her popular Marathi TV serial Khulta Kali Khulena with Abhidnya Bhave and Omprakash Shine. Aashutosh supported Mayuri in her life. Also, he motivated Mayuri to pursue her acting career even after their marriage. Despite being a married actress, Mayuri received lots of love for her show Khulta Kali Khulena. ​Fighting depression

According to reports, for the last couple of months, Aashutosh was fighting depression and was also on medication for the same. Aashutosh's family has not blamed anyone for the actor's suicide, according to police reports. (PC - Instagram)
