Exclusive: Bigg Boss Marathi 3: Aavishkar Darwhekar opens up about his eviction, BB journey, and equation with ex-wife Sneha Wagh in the house

Bigg Boss Marathi season 3 witnessed an eviction on Sunday (Oct 31). Popular Marathi actor Aavishkar Darwhekar got evicted from the show. The actor's eviction turned the housemates emotional. Aavishkar spoke exclusively to ETimes TV after stepping out of the house and added that he is thankful for everything he got in this journey. Aavishkar also spoke about his journey and relationship with ex-wife and contestant Sneha Wagh in the house. Excerpts...

I am obviously disappointed with my eviction but I am also happy that the show has given me a lot. I was upset last night after my eviction, but when I woke up today, I felt I got evicted at the right time. I enjoyed a lot and tried to give my best. Whatever time I spent in the house was memorable.

Aavishkar, who was earlier away from the industry, made his smashing comeback with Bigg Boss Marathi 3. After many years, he faced the camera and talking about it the actor said, "The show gave me the confidence to face the camera once again. I was making my comeback after so many years, so I was scared to face the camera. Also, I had put on some weight during my sabbatical. There were cameras all over the house, and we were under surveillance 24/7. The show took away all my inner fear about facing the camera. Also, when I was inside the house, I never got into any controversy or 0pass any negative comments on anyone, and that's my biggest achievement."

I was surprised when I saw her in the house. She was surprised, too. There was obviously awkwardness and discomfort in the initial days, but later we spoke, and I told her not to hold any grudges or anything. I also informed her that I had moved on, and she should, too. I went inside the house as a contestant, and same with her. So, I felt we should forget our past and move on, but from her side, it was not happening. Later, we spoke about it and Sneha changed her agenda and game plan.

That was just a conversation we had one day. I told her I had moved on in life, and she should too. I don't know why she used that conversation as a punch line when I was stepping out of the house and asked me to invite her for my wedding saying she would not miss it.

I personally want an actor to win this season. My favorites in the house are Vikas Patil or Vishal Nikam. They both are perfect for the show, and I want them to win. Vikas Patil and Vishal Nikam have a potential to reach the final.

I have decided to work on myself. I have decided to lose weight with a proper workout and diet plan. My trainer has also promised me that next year the viewers will see a new Aavishkar. Also, there are a few projects lined up, and I will focus on that. Apart from this, I have decided to do films and TV shows to stay in touch with my fans and audience. Right now, I have only decided to focus on my career.
