Kiran Dhane, the Satara beauty is all set to make a comeback on the Marathi small screen with the upcoming show ‘Ek Hoti Rajkanya’. The actress will be playing the lead role, Avni in the show.

The word ‘Rajkanya’ (princess) is mostly associated with a fairytale.But in this show, the princess hails from a middle-class family. In the promo, the loving father is seen reciting a poem to his little princess.
But the father’s princess has to face a lot of hardship in her life. The girl, who once dreamt of becoming a doctor has to wear the khaki uniform as she enters the police force instead.
Avni represents a woman of the 21st century. She takes care of her mother and brother after her father's untimely demise.
According to the storyline, Avani's father was a police officer. The role of Avni's father will be played by the veteran actor Kishor Kadam.
