Veteran actress Rohini Hattangadi
, who was earlier shooting from home for the TV show Doctor Don, is all set to make her comeback into the show soon. The actress earlier preferred to work from home due to the
pandemic
but she accepted a new project titled
Sukhi Mansacha Sadara
along with Doctor Don and is shooting for the show.
Rohini Hattangadi was playing the role of Aaji in the show and was mostly seen through video calls. She is now going to make her surprising entry into the show yet again. The audience was missing the presence of Aaji in the show for a while now. Aaji's entry is expected to bring a lot of twists in the show.
Earlier, owing to the new post-lockdown shoot regulations, actors and crew aged over 65 weren't initially permitted to participate in TV/film shootings. However, they are now allowed to resume shoots and actors Rohini Hattangadi are supporting the decision by marking their presence in the TV shows.
On the work front, Rohini Hattangadi is playing the character of Monica's (
Shweta Shinde
) mother in Doctor Don. She tries to bring Monica and Deva (
Devdatta Nage) closer. Apart from this, Rohini is playing the character of Aaji in the TV show Sukhi Mansacha Sadara.
