Bigg Boss Marathi 3 had an interesting captaincy task to entertain viewers this week. The episode started with the captaincy task 'Parada Captaincy Cha.'
Vishal Nikam and Jay Dudhane were the captaincy candidates, and the rest of the contestants had to sacrifice one of their precious essentials to make their favorite candidate the new captain of the house.

As per the order of Bigg Boss, Mira Jagganath had to cut the picture of her family and her toy with a scissor.Mira decided to make the sacrifice for Jay Dudhane and thereby cut her family picture and her toy 'Appu.'
Sonali Patil decided to support Vishal Nikam, and Bigg Boss ordered her to get nominated for eviction if she wanted to support him. Sonali got ready to get nominated for Vishal.
Bigg Boss ordered Utkarsh Shinde to lose his captaincy for the next two weeks if he wanted to support Jay Dudhane and Utkarsh decided to follow the order.
Neetha Shetty was asked to destroy the greeting card gifted by her daughter if she wanted to support Vishal. She still chose to support Vishal and tore her daughter's greeting card.
Bigg Boss ordered Gayatri Datar to sacrifice all her clothes for Jay Dudhane and she got ready to do so.

Bigg Boss later asked Dadus to get tonsured if he wanted to support Jay and the latter did so.

Later, Vikas Patil also got tonsured for Vishal Nikam as per the choice given by Bigg Boss. Seeing Vikas's sacrifice, Vishal, too, got tonsured and hugged him.

Both the captaincy candidates are enjoying equal support now. So, Sneha Wagh's decision is going to decide the next captain of the house.
