Amruta celebrates Gudi Padwa with choreographers

Choreographs and dance directors from the Marathi film industry recently came together on one platform to celebrate Gudi Padwa.
Actress Amruta Khanvilkar also decided to take part in the celebrations organised by producer-director Mahesh Tilekar.
Talking about the idea, the director said, “The choreographers work behind the scenes. And more often than not, their efforts go unnoticed during any huge glamorous events or high-octane dance sequences on the big screen. Hence, on the occasion of the Gudi Padwa festival, I decided to bring all choreographers and dance-directors from our dance-show ‘Marathi Taraka’ together and celebrate the success of the programme. This festival is seen as a highly auspicious occasion in our culture, and Amruta, who is celebrating her first Gudi Padwa post her marriage, also enthusiastically joined the celebrations and relished the Maharashtrian delicacies like basundi-puri afterwards.”
