Milind wrote, "Tejaswini"
My double-role movie 90% got completed.
Anand Abhyankar who played an important role in the film passed away in a car accident. Producer Muske had mortgaged his house to make this film. We all tried hard to complete this film and deliver it to the audience, but some things are not in our hands, every film has its own destiny.
Making a Marathi film is not a very easy thing for a producer, the film was made under very difficult conditions. (sic)"

Milind further said in his post that Marathi cinema does not get the deserved response from the audience and hence the producers face losses. He added in the note, "Marathi films don't get the same response as English Hindi films do in South, the producer has to release it himself or get a releasing partner who deceives the producer with LIFO (last in first out) system. Bhojpuri Nepali films earn more money than Marathi films in Maharashtra, south films earn money, latest Pushpa Telugu, KGF & Kantara Kannada, foreign films.
Maharashtra belongs to the Marathi people but Maharashtra is not for Marathi movies. This is the bitter truth."
