TV premiere of 'The Priest' tops the TRP charts

After Mohanlal's 'Drishyam 2', the world TV premiere of megastar Mammootty's 'The Priest' has topped the TRP charts in the latest report. As per the latest ratings, the movie premiere has outperformed prime time shows in terms of viewership.Notably, the world TV premiere of superstar Mohanlal's 'Drishyam 2' topped the rating charts a couple of weeks ago.Meera Vasudev's 'Kudumbavilakku' which redeemed the top spot last week has slipped to second place this time. The show is currently dealing with issues between Sidharth and Vedhika post their marriage.Popular show 'Ammayariyathe' is listed on the third spot on the TRP charts. However, the comeback of lead actor Nikhil Nair after a brief gap, is expected to help the show improve its viewership in the coming weeks.Maneesha's show 'Padatha Painkili' is spotted in the fourth spot. Apparently, the recent change in the cast seems to have not affected the rating of the show, TRP chart suggests. Actor Lukjith has replaced Sooraj Sun in the show recently.Naleef Gea and Aishwarya Ramsai starrer 'Mounaragam' is seen in 5th position on the TRP charts. Notably, 'Koodevide', which was in the fifth position last week, is out of the top 5 club.
