Star Singer: It's 'Do or Die' on the stage

The popular music reality show of Malayalam TV, Star Singer 10, is inching toward its final lap, and the competition is getting tougher. Adding to the tension, the makers have announced the new round, and it is sure to set the stage on fire.

In the upcoming episode, the contestants will be seen contesting in the do-or-die round. According to the updates, two contestants from the lot will challenge each other in this round. The one who manages to get the maximum points with the performance gets 5 points, and the user goes back to 0 on the mark sheet.

In one of the teasers, Soorya and Gayathri are set to perform in the round. In the challenge thrown by Soorya, the duo will be singing the evergreen Tamil romantic number from Boys, 'Ale Ale.' In the video, the celebrity judge Ramya Nambeesan praises the beauty of their song and the chemistry.



In yet another teaser, Theertha and Swarana are seen challenging each other with a Kathakali Padam. In the video, KS Chithra says that it is the first time she has ever seen contestants of a reality show taking up Kathakali Padam in the competition. Actress-singer Ramya Nambeeshan is also sure that this performance would go viral online.



Star Singer continues to be one of the much-loved reality shows in Malayalam. The show currently has singers KS Chithra, Vidhu Prathap, and Sithara Krishnakumar as judges. The show is currently hosted by Mithun Ramesh and Varsha.
