has come to an end with Thiruvananthapuram-based

Soorya Sreejith

emerging the winner. He competed against

Vaiga Sinov

,

Sania Shakir

and Sajin Babu in the final episode aired on December 3.

Adding the glam quotient of the fourth edition of the D4 Dance reality show was Bollywood diva,

Madhoobala

(Madhoo Shaw). The Roja actress known for her dancing prowess could not resist dancing on the floor. She cheered for the contestants during each of their rounds and also grooved with team leaders and D4 Dance’s charming judge, Neerav Balvecha. As per the promo of the finale episode shared on channel’s social networking page, the performances make her feel awe-inspired, as she says, “appa mind blowing performances.” The contestants showcased their best ever performances through excellent choreography in fusion and theme-based dance numbers.

Apart from dance performances by the finalists, the show also witnessed some scintillating dance recitals by judges Prasanna master, actress Priyamani and the hosts, Rahul Ravi and

Alina Padikkal

. While, the ‘Kattappa’ of D4 Junior Vs Senior, Vijay Asok entertained the audience through his witty dialogues as well.

When Madhoo announced the winners, the contestants and their parents expressed their joy and the final segments turned out to be a sea of emotions. The champion of the show, Soorya commented that the title is proof that his hard work has paid off and he also added that he dedicates his victory to his dear parents who supported him. He was awarded with a cash price of Rs 25 lakhs.


When Vaiga became first runner-up, Sajin and Sania were placed in the third and fourth position respectively.
