Famous Indian ad-film maker V A Shrikumar Menon was the guest on recent episode of the chat show, The Happiness Project, aired on Kappa TV. He is making his debut in film direction through Mohanlal starrer film Odiyan.
Going by the promo of the episode shared on channels social networking page, Shrikumar, who hails from Palakkad, shared about his struggles in life.
In the promo he opens up about how he used to hide from the money lenders to whom he had to pay ransoms. “I used to cry at Kotta Maidanam at Palakkad for nights just to relax. As I was not able to face the money lenders, I reach home by jumping the fence of my house and used to leave home early morning as after 5 am they will come in search of me at my house every day. The days taught me that I should move on. I reached a state in life where fear became irrelevant and had only one thought in mind that I have to prove myself in life,” says Shrikumar.
Apart from his personal struggles he also shares about his upcoming film.
The episode also featured writer and philanthropist Dhanya Ravi and Munz, popular vocalist of The Down Troddence band.
Hosted by anchor Dhanya Varma, The Happiness Project is a show where, the guests open up about their struggles, their achievements and their ideologies about their lives.
