Besides the contestants, the show has become a turning point for a few exceptional aspirants like percussionist Aromal. This 19-year-old percussionist is gaining attention with work right from day one. Recently in the 100th episode of the show,

left the team and viewers awestruck with his solo performance.

In a candid chat with ETimes-TV, the young musician shared about his musical journey.

"I don't remember when I started playing instruments. Both my father and grandfather are percussionists and I grew up seeing them play various instruments. My father is my first guru. It feels great when people say my father should be proud of me," he said.

Even though he was a part of the orchestra teams of a few reality shows before, Aromal feels that 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' has given him a platform to showcase his talent.

"I feel blessed to be a part of the show. To perform in front of legends like our judges, what else does a beginner ask for? Happy that people started recognising me and they congratulate me for my performances. I receive messages from people saying that they are my fans. Some even say they regret not learning music back in their childhood," he shared.

', some of Aromal's backings are still doing the rounds on social media. However, Aromal said that he is equally tense like a contestant.

"The show is a learning platform for me. To play along with senior musicians like Ralfin and others is a golden chance. We also have the same tension and fear that a contestant has. Each 'action' before the performance gives me a chill. Our only aim is to support the contestant well, their performance should be never ruined because of us," Aromal added.
