Pearle Maaney on body shaming: "I love my body; it handled 2 pregnancies and a miscarriage
TV host Pearle Maaney is not only known for her wit and humor but also for making strong statements. This time, she is gaining applause on her post on body shaming. Flaunting her stunning transformation after her second pregnancy, Pearle's post is all about body positivity.
In the captions, she hints about facing body shaming in the past and emphasizes that it is never ok to pass such comments to anyone, especially to a woman who handled two pregnancies and a miscarriage.
"A moment of silence to everyone who thought body shaming was okay…. Well, it’s not, and it will never be. I love my body… It handled 2 pregnancies …a miscarriage, and it’s still stronger than ever. Women, I tell you. You can bend them but never break them," she wrote.
In the pictures from her Bali trip, Pearle is all glowing in her new look.
Soon after the post is out, comments are pouring in. Along with the fans, hubby Srinish Aravind also couldn't hide his excitement in welcoming 'Pearle 4.0.'
"Your body tells a powerful story, and I really wish the world had the capacity to truly admire it. If only people woke up to the power of women and loved them for everything they’re capable of… I’ve known you for 17 years and walked beside you through the thick and thin. I’ve watched you transform, power through, and rise back even stronger after everything life has thrown your way. You’ve done nothing but entertain, inspire, and motivate the world. You deserve unconditional love and support every step of the wayyy… to shattering glass ceilings every step of the wayyyy. LFG!!!!!," Pearle's BFF and actress Shaun Romy wrote in the comment section.
For the unversed, Pearle Maaney is one of the much-loved anchors on Malayalam TV. The entrepreneur also emerged as the first runner-up in the first season of Bigg Boss Malayalam.
