Malayalam TV has a long list of serials that continue to entertain the telly audience for years now. And some of them have managed to sustain viewership with their engaging storyline.
ETimes TV recently conducted a poll on Instagram to find the favourite longest-running TV show of Malayalam telly audiences. Amidst '
Manjil Virinja Poovu
' and '
Chembarathi
', the latter has won the poll.
Around 63% of the respondents voted for Stebin Jacob-Amala Gireesan starrer 'Chembarathi' as their favourite serial. On the other hand, out of the 551 respondents, only 202 voted for 'Manjil Virinja Poovu' .
