In the recent episode of
Neelakkuyil
, Sarath and his sister are seen talking about Rani. Sarath reveals that it was food poisoning that resulted in Rani's miscarriage. Surprisingly, Radhamani overhears the conversation. Radhamani gets furious and thinks that she will kill the culprit.
Saramma tells Radhamani that she was sure about the evil acts of people at Kasusthubham. Hearing this, Radhamani replies that she will surely find the one who killed her granddaughter.
Later, Radhamani meets Sarath and reveals to him that she has learned the truth. She says Kasthoori poisoned Rani's food.
At Kausthubham, Captain finds Kasthoori tied up in her room. He tells Chandra that Kasthoori is suffering from Swathi's evil deed. Captain tends to untie Kasthoori but Balan stops him. Balan confronts Captain for taking Kasthoori's side always.
Captain thinks that he is being helpless for the first time in his life. He also feels upset about Kasthoor’s suffering.
On the other hand, Swathi reveals the truth to Sarojini. She confesses that she is the one who poisoned Rani's food. Hearing this, Sarojini gets shattered. Swathi warns Sarojini that she will kill her (Sarojini) if anyone else learns the truth.
Later, Swathi meets Captain and requests him to take Kasthoori to a psychiatrist. Malini overhears the conversation and thinks that Swathi is planning something against Aadhi.
