. More than a co-star, Naveen adored Sabari for his lively attitude and behaviour. Naveen, who is also a fitness enthusiast, shared that he was inspired by the lifestyle of the late actor.

In an exclusive chat with ETimes-TV, Naveen recollected sharing screen space with Sabari, admiring the latter's love for fitness.


"More than being a good actor, Sabari was a great human being. He was a go-to-person for many of us. I bet, no one can say anything negative about him. A lovable soul, gone so soon. I am still under shock. What else to say, heartfelt condolences," Naveen shared.


Naveen and Sabari were seen acting together in the evergreen show, 'Pranayam'. Further, they were a part of shows like '

Swami Ayyappan

' and 'Seetha', but they never got a chance to share the same screen space. More than his acting stint, Naveen shared that he was a fan of Sabari's healthy lifestyle.


"He had a well-built body which he maintained very well. I still feel his strong and healthy handshake every time we would meet. We use to talk about fitness always. He never compromised his routine, cycling in morning and workouts at evening. He had inspired me many times with his love for fitness," Naveen added.

For the unversed, Malayalam TV actor and producer Sabari Nath passed away due to cardiac arrest on Thursday (September 17). The actor shot to fame with his characters in the shows, '
