According to Beena Antony's video shared on her social media account, Karthika Prasad encountered the unfortunate incident while returning home after the shoot schedule. Reportedly, he was hit by a bus, resulting in severe injuries, particularly to his leg.
While Karthika Prasad is said to be out of immediate danger, the extent of his injuries is significant. He was initially admitted to a hospital in Trivandrum, where he received initial treatment. However, later, he has been transferred to Calicut for further medical care.
