Actor Mohanlal’s popular television show, Lal Salam aired on Amrita TV will discuss about the film Madampi in its upcoming episode. Some of the casts of the film, who are also close friends of the actor will appear on the talk show to cherish their experiences working in the film. Welcoming his guests on the show
Mohanlal says that Madampi was one of the prominent films in his acting career.
As per the promo of the upcoming episode surfaced on channel’s social networking page, MR Gopakumar, V K Sriraman, director B Unnikrishnan, music director M Jayachandran, actresses Lakshmipriya and Krishnapriya will appear as guests of Mohanlal. The programme opens with a scintillating dance performance by actress Roma on the song, “Kalyanakacheri” sung by Shankar Mahadevan which is one of the popular songs in the film.
Going by the promo, B Unnikrishnan, who directed the film Madampi starts the conversation by sharing one of funny experiences that happened during the shooting schedules with Mohanlal. Veteran actors MR Gopakumar and V K Sriraman, who have worked with the actor in many films joins later and talk about their experience working with the actor also.
Amidst of the candid conversations, the show also discusses a lot about the film’s music which was composed by M Jayachandran. Adding up the entertainment quotient, M Jayachandran chooses to perform the cover version of the popular melodious song, "Amma Mazhakkarinu" which still echoes in the hearts of Malayalis. Supported by Stephen Devassy on a grand piano, he engrosses the audience into the song. While, Jayachandran holds a personal interest with the melody as he says, it reminds him of his mother.

The one hour show also features some of the special kids from Alappuzha Santhwanam Special School, who will have a whale of time with their favourite star, Lalettan. The programme will be aired on the channel on December 10 at 8 pm.
