Kudumbavilakku's Sumithra aka Meera Vasudevan is one of the much-loved actors on Malayalam TV. Despite her acting prowess, the actress often leaves her fans awed by her love for fitness.
Recently, the actress shared a note talking about her four-year-long fitness regime.
"I love this pic and have been waiting to showcase it here! That physique is the effort of 4 years of hard work and excellent nutrition. Those who know me, know that it’s a hefty journey I undertook 8 years ago after I came back to my family with my son who was just 1. I weighed over 97kgs and I was determined to prove my self-worth to Me," she wrote.
Further, in the note, the actress spoke about how she didn't miss fitness training despite having a tight working schedule.
"I trained regularly, often waking at 4 am or earlier, working as an assistant director and screenplay writer for a Marathi movie in Bombay. I took care of my son, myself, my workouts, and everything I needed to do as a single mother with a dependent and innocent child. It’s really tough to find the energy to go on when you’re struggling with soreness but still have to do all your chores and take care of a small child with very little or no rest and a tough personal loss. But I did it and these pics were a celebration of that hard work and faith in me! So, enjoy these pics as a sign of celebration of every woman out there who never gets noticed despite her best efforts," she added.
