The executive committee members including chairman G Jayakumar, vice-chairman S Karthikeyan and general secretary P Suresh Unnithan put forward the request to the government. According to the committee member S Karthikeyan, the ministers have assured them to draw the attention of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to the matter and do the needful.
