Kasthooriman written update, October 8, 2018: Kavya takes charge of Eswaramadam office

In the recent episode of Kasthooriman, Shivani congratulates Keerthi for the new job and warns Keerthi not to create problems for her.
Neethu overhears the conversation and suggests Shivani be good in the office. She also advises her to impress everyone and eventually grab the power.
On the other hand, Kavya informs Achamma that she had decided to appoint Shivani as a junior manager.She adds that she is doubtful whether Shivani will accept this offer.
Shivani who becomes furious hearing this, lashes out at Indirabhai. She complains that it will be embarrassing for her to join as an ordinary employee. Indirabhai comforts her asking her to adjust for few days as she has a better plan against Kavya.
In the morning, Shivani waits for Jeeva to go to the office in his car. Jeeva denies her a drop further adding that being a normal employee, she should come to office in public transport. Jeeva says that it is Kavya's plan to transform her into a good individual. Shivani agrees to all the demands.
Later, Kavya gets Achamma's blessings and leaves to office with Jeeva. On the way, she sees Shivani and requests Jeeva to drop her. Jeeva denies it saying that it is a test for Shivani.
Kavya reaches office. Sidharth insists her to sit in Achamma's chair. Kavya initially denies but later sits in the chair with pride.
Shivani enters the room and Jeeva shouts at her for not seeking prior permission. He orders her to get out and then enter the room after seeking permission from Kavya.
