Kasthooriman written update, October 23, 2018: Neethu exposes Jeeva to media

In the recent episode of Kasthooriman, Kavya warns Jeeva that she will leave Eswaramadam if he doesn't agree to Neethu's demand.
Next morning, Jeeva meets Achamma and discusses Kavya's warning. Achamma tells him that she is with Kavya in this. Later, the two decide to agree to Neethu's demand.
In front of everyone, Jeeva promises that he will divorce Kavya and marry Neethu if the result of the DNA test is positive.Achamma also declares that she will make Jeeva tie the knot.
Neethu gets surprised hearing this. Indirabhai records their conversation on her mobile phone.
Kavya gives Neethu the document stating her consent for the DNA test and orders her to sign it. Neethu tries her best not to sign it but Shivani warns that she will not let Neethu stay in Eswaramadam without signing the document. Neethu signs the document on Indirabhai's demand.
In conversation with Neethu, Indirabhai tells her that she is suspicious of Neethu's behavior. She points out that Neethu panicked while signing the document.
Later, Neethu uses her secret sim card and calls a journalist. She informs him that hero Jeeva is having an extramarital affair and disconnects the call.
The journalist calls Jeeva and enquires on the same. Jeeva lashes out at the person rubbishing it as fake news. Hearing Jeeva's reaction, the journalist threatens him to break the news.
Jeeva gets furious and slaps Neethu for cheating on him. Neethu lies that she didn't do it. Jeeva orders Neethu to leave Eswaramadam soon.
