One of the most iconic confrontations happened during Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3, when wildcard entrants Sajina, Firoz Khan, and Michelle were accused of discussing events from the outside world, a direct violation of the show’s rules. Mohanlal stormed onto the stage before the usual proceedings and addressed the issue head-on. He lashed out at the trio, reminding them of the rules and expressing his disappointment. “Do I feel like a monkey here? I told you people not to discuss anything that has happened outside. You have to answer, I am here to listen. You will be punished,” he said sternly, leaving both contestants and viewers stunned.

Later in the same season, tensions rose again when an argument between RJ Firoz and Firoz Khan spilled over during a break. Anoop Krishnan accused Firoz Khan of calling fellow contestant Dimpal a “kalli” (liar), escalating the fight. Following a serious allegation made by Anumol, the two staged a blanket protest in the house. Confronting them during the weekend episode, the host said in a no-nonsense tone, “Aren’t you ashamed of doing such things inside the house?” firmly putting an end to the drama.

In the most recent episode, Mohanlal once again left the show midway after contestants disobeyed house rules. When Anumol and Noora broke formation and rushed to the garden area after Adhila was declared safe, the host was visibly irritated.
