Exclusive! Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 to be shot in Mumbai

The much-awaited fifth season of Bigg Boss Malayalam will have its premiere within a couple of weeks and fans are eagerly waiting for it. While social media is filled with prediction lists and speculations about what's special treat the makers have in store this year, here is an exclusive update about the soon-to-be-launched show.
Amidst rumors of the Mohanlal-hosted show having a change in shooting location, ETimes TV has confirmed with the sources that the BB mansion will be set up in Mumbai.As per the sources, the new house is set up in Goregaon Film city, Mumbai. The extravagant set of Bigg Boss Marathi is under renovation for the Malayalam show. Just like the previous season, the Bigg Boss house is sure to be a visual treat for the viewers.

For the unversed, the first and fourth season of Bigg Boss Malayalam was shot in Mumbai. However, the second and third seasons had a change and the house was set up in EVP film city, Chennai.
As reported earlier, Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 will have the grand premiere on March 26. From TV actors to social media influencers, the season is expected to impress fans with the 'original' contestants. Recently, the team released the teaser o the season, in which, host Mohanlal announced the tagline - 'The Battle Of Originals'.

The last season of the show concluded after declaring dancer Dilsha Prasannan as the winner.
