Chakkarapandhal, a musical sojourn

As the title implies, Chakkarapandhal, the musical travelogue always left a sweet flavour of melodies in the mind of Music lovers. The music show aired in Mathrubhumi channel covers and celebrates 100 years of Indian film industry.
Interestingly, the program hosted by Ravi Menon, chronicles through history of each song – its singers, lyricists, cinematographers, actors, recordists and industrialists.Though the focus is on Malayalam film music, the show also scans through Hindi and Tamil music are also covered along with the feedback from the experts.
The programme will aired every Saturday at 8.00 pm on Mathrubhumi entertainment channel.
