Bigg Boss Malayalam written update, July 16, 2018: Deepan Murali gets a big surprise

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam, Diya was seen crying upon Hima's eviction. She felt the decision was purely a selfish one and she further declared that she is ready to leave the house if Hima can make a comeback.
Deepan got a birthday surprise from his wife - a cake and greeting card. Deepan read the card and thanked his wife Maya.
Bigg Boss announced the nomination process of the week. Bigg Boss ordered the housemates to suggest 5 people who are not taking active participation in the house.
Ranjini, captain of the house, informed Bigg Boss the list of 6 people who got maximum votes. Aditi, Pearle, Srinish, Sreelekshmi, Deepan and Shiyas were the nominees.
Later, Bigg Boss ordered the housemates to name two among the six whom they feel to be the most inactive member in the family.
Most of the housemates voted for Srinish closely followed by Deepan, Aditi and Sreelakshmi.
Bigg Boss declared that Aditi, Sreenish, Sreelekshmi and Deepan are the nominated housemates for eviction this week.
Outside the house, Aditi and Diya were seen advising Pearle to be more active and courageous in the house.
In the bedroom, Anoop and Basheer were discussing about eviction. Basheer opined that either Srinish or Aditi will be out of the house.
Housemates organized special programs as a part of Deepan's birthday celebrations. The entire house was called “Bigg Boss panchayath” and they planned to inaugurate 'Kalasamskarika Ara' (Art and culture room) as part of the celebration.
Anoop was selected as the Panchayath president Pushpanashan and Shwetha Menon was the chief guest of the day. Both of them inaugurated the room and proceeded to the meeting.
Anoop and Shwetha made funny speeches in front of the housemates. After the meeting, Deepan cut the cake and there was another surprise for him. His wife has hidden a birthday gift inside the cake. Deepan opened the gift box and it was a golden ring. He was surprised and thanked his wife.
Soon after the cake cutting, the stage was all set for cultural programs. There was a folk dance performance by Pearle, Srinish, Anoop and Diya. They danced well for Suresh's folk song.
Next program was 'Music with body muscles' by Shiyas.
He was joined by Anoop who flaunted his modelling skills. The body show ended with a 'Gusthi' competition and Anoop was chosen as the winner.
Next to follow was a folk dance performance by Sabu and Sreelekshmi. They danced for 'Maliniyude Theerangal', a popular dance number in Malayalam.
Ranjini and Archana danced to popular Tamil songs and Basheer joined them later.
The next program was a drama on drought. Shwetha flaunted her acting skills in a performance to Suresh's folk song.
Next was the most exciting program of the day, a fashion show. Housemates dressed up and did a ramp walk. The cooking team was on-stage with vessels and spoons, whereas the bathroom cleaning team did the ramp walk with cleansing brushes.
After the program, Shiyas was seen advising Srinish to be extra careful. Shiyas also said that he wishes to win the game.
In the bedroom, Diya and Archana were seen commenting about Shiyas. Archana said that Shiyas is a weak person and he just pretends according to others. She felt that Aditi is a better contestant. Archana commented that Ranjini and Shwetha are trying to take him in their team so that they will become strong.
