Model and social media personality Renu Sudhi, the wife of late comedian Kollam Sudhi, recently entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7. However, even before her appearance on the show, Renu had already made headlines for various reasons. Here's a look at some of the moments that brought her into the limelight:

Around four years ago, Kollam Sudhi introduced his wife Renu to the public on the celebrity show Star Magic. Referring to her affectionately as his “Vavakuttan,” Sudhi appeared on the show alongside Renu and their children, winning viewers' hearts with their bond.

After Sudhi’s untimely demise, Renu became more active on social media. Her photoshoots and reels with content creator Shanmughadas, popularly known as Dasettan, quickly went viral, drawing both attention and criticism alike.

Renu and Shanmughadas found themselves in hot water when a behind-the-scenes video of them filming a reel in the middle of a traffic jam surfaced online. In the clip, they were confronted by a biker, and the video went viral, leading to heavy criticism for disrupting traffic.

Renu again drew public attention when she posted an emotional video claiming she was mistreated by officers at the Thrikodithanam Police Station in Changanassery. She alleged that the police refused to register her complaint against a vlogger who was character assassinating her online and behaved disrespectfully during the visit.

After Kollam Sudhi's passing, TV anchor Lakshmi Nakshathra gifted Renu a custom-made perfume with a scent reminiscent of Sudhi. The emotional gesture initially went viral, but controversy erupted when Renu later stated in an interview that the fragrance was too strong and unbearable to use.

Renu was also involved in a controversy over a house built for her by well-wishers after Sudhi’s death. She alleged construction faults in the home, named Sudhinilayam, which was built on land donated by a local priest. However, the construction team refuted the claims with evidence, and the priest expressed regret over his donation. Eventually, Renu left the house and moved back in with her family.
